Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy applies once the tour has been confirmed. All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

• Airline, train, hotel and visa cancellation charges (if any) will be applied as per respective supplier policies.
• Cancellation charges are calculated on the total tour cost.
• No refund for unused services or early departure.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14–21 working days.
