Please present your reservation confirmation sheet or e-mail (printout or digital copy) at reception.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply from 10 days prior to the tour date.
Operation Conditions / Tour Conditions
- If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met by 4 days prior, the tour may be canceled.
- Reservation deadline is 1 day prior at 15:00 (earlier on weekends and holidays).
Exemptions / Itinerary Guarantee
- Order of sightseeing and arrival times may change due to traffic or congestion.
- Kyoto Imperial Palace closed days: Kitano Tenmangu Shrine will be visited instead. If closure falls on the 25th, Nishi Hongan-ji Temple will be visited.
- Nijo Castle closed days: Ryoan-ji Temple will be visited instead.
- Walking required at Fushimi Inari Taisha (approx. 15 minutes one way).
- No refunds for alternative destinations.
- Seats may not be designated.
Meals
- Western-style set menu lunch included.
- Vegetarian meal must be requested at time of booking.
- Halal, gluten-free, and other special meals are not available.
- No-lunch plan available separately (NG009S).
Children / Infants
- Children under 6 may join free but will not receive a seat or lunch.
